PluginLab.dev is run by Mac, Denmark. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@pluginlab.dev.
What this site collects
This is a brochure site for free WordPress plugins. There are no accounts, no registration, no comments, no contact form and no newsletter, so there is nothing here that asks you for personal data.
Two things are still processed:
- Server logs. The hosting provider records the usual request data, including your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and to defend it against abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interest.
- Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Site Kit, and only if you consent. Analytics is denied by default under Google Consent Mode, so nothing is measured until you accept statistics cookies in the banner. The lawful basis is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
The consent banner stores your choice so you are not asked again on every page. Which cookies are set, by whom and for how long is listed in the Cookie Policy, linked in the footer of every page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Manage consent” link, also in the footer.
Who your data is shared with
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. Data reaches only the hosting provider that serves this site, and Google, if and only if you consented to statistics. The plugins published here are downloaded from WordPress.org, which is operated independently and has its own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Server logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider retains them for operational and security purposes. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in that Google Analytics property. Your consent choice is stored for up to twelve months, after which the banner asks again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your personal data, and for it to be corrected, erased or restricted. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what happened before.
Write to info@pluginlab.dev to exercise any of these. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk. Visitors in the United Kingdom may instead complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
